Lately we have seen an increasing amount of late model diesel engines with damage from missing or stretched out oil change intervals and other preventable issues.

Being such a complex engine,all common rail diesel engine repairs are a costly event and service history is so important when buying a used vehicle.

Here we have a late model v8 diesel cruiser motor that was purchased second hand and soon showed problems. It was found to be sludged up and worn out .

After cleaning and machining all worn out parts the long motor was rebuilt and fitted with a fresh fuel system and back into service. Buyer beware if not a well serviced vehicle it can cost you a lot.
